queen draco (second ascension) (fate)

This tag covers the second ascension appearance of Queen Draco, the draconic Beast form of the Roman emperor Nero in Fate/Grand Order, also her default look in the Arcade game. Proud, imperious and wild, she keeps the emperor's blonde hair while adding curling horns, a heavy dragon tail and spread dragon wings, paired with an ornate, regal outfit that flaunts both royalty and monster.
