sakamata chloe (jirai kei)

This is Sakamata Chloe's third costume for hololive, a cute but moody jirai kei look. It pairs a reversible red and black coat with lace trim over a black sleeveless see-through frilled dress with a heart cutout and a locked heart bowtie, layered on a grey frilled shirt, with her black and white two-tone hair and pink eyes.
