Skitty is a Normal type Pokemon, a playful kitten that chases its own tail until dizzy and evolves into Delcatty. Sweet and curious. Its design is a small pink fur cat with cream cheeks, closed eyes, short legs and a tail ending in a puff ball, usually drawn as a no humans mascot.
