staryu

Staryu is a Water type Pokemon shaped like a five pointed starfish, able to regenerate lost limbs as long as its core survives. Its cry in the anime is a well known Ultraman nod. It has a brown body with a gold frame around a red gem at its center, and it evolves into Starmie. It appears as a no humans creature.
