southern italy (hetalia)

Romano is the personified Southern Italy in Hetalia, the grumpy, foul-mouthed elder brother of Northern Italy who complains constantly but adores tomatoes and Spain's company. He shares his brother's short hair in brown hair with a distinctive curl (ahoge) on the opposite side, has green eyes, and usually wears a beige military uniform with a dark necktie.
