arcana (reverse:1999)

Arcana is the leading antagonist of Reverse:1999, the head of Manus Vindictae, an extremist faction dreaming of a world ruled only by arcanists. She is theatrical, playful and quietly menacing. Her look features blue hair, yellow eyes, an elegant black dress with black gloves, and a strange wand that appears to pass straight through her head.
