ooyodo kai (kancolle)

Ooyodo Kai is the first remodel of Ooyodo in Kantai Collection, the light cruiser who works as the fleet's attentive secretary and quest manager. She is diligent, polite and quietly sharp. She keeps her long hair in black hair and her glasses, but this form swaps her usual green band for a long white ribbon in her hair, along with fancier legwear and a neat sailor style uniform.
