black delmo

The Black Delmo are the black uniformed foot soldiers of the Delmogeny in Agent Aika, a corps of women who serve as privates and handle every odd job their superiors give them. They wear a matching uniform: a black jacket with juliet sleeves, a red ascot, a black pleated skirt, white thighhighs and black high heels, usually fighting in squads.
