canada (hetalia)

Canada, also called Matthew Williams, is the quiet personification of the country in Axis Powers Hetalia, a gentle and polite soul who gets constantly overlooked or mistaken for his louder neighbor. He has wavy blonde hair with a single curly ahoge, soft purple eyes behind round glasses, and usually wears a brown military jacket, often hugging his small white polar bear companion.
