chosen undead

The Chosen Undead is the silent player character of Dark Souls, a cursed wanderer who climbs out of the Undead Asylum to ring the bells of awakening. Fan art almost always shows the Elite Knight set: a steel helmet with a narrow visor, armor with a faded blue tabard, a sturdy shield and a straight sword, often resting beside a bonfire in grim, weary silence.
