carmen (project moon)

A central figure of Lobotomy Corporation whose ideals echo across later Project Moon games, a researcher who dreamed of curing the suffering of the mind and left a troubling legacy. Warm on the surface, unsettling underneath. She wears a labcoat over a green shirt, with long hair in brown hair tied in a high ponytail and a gentle smile.
