cubchoo

Cubchoo is an Ice type Pokemon that looks like a sleepy bear cub, always with a big drop of runny nose that powers its icy moves. It is a small white and blue bear with round ears, a little frosty snout and a drooping blue drip under its nose, usually drawn sniffling or shivering in the snow.
