mazinger z (mecha)

Mazinger Z is the titular super robot of Go Nagai's classic series, the iron giant piloted by Kabuto Kouji and a forefather of the whole mecha genre. It is drawn as a black and silver mecha with a red V shaped chest plate, a cockpit that docks on its head, glowing eyes and fists ready to rocket punch, often posed against a fiery sky.
